Do subcontractors need to manage themselves?
No, subcontractors do not need to manage themselves. Bausicht provides general contractors with a hybrid solution in the form of possible external management. This ensures that even subcontractors who cannot manage themselves are captured in the system and checked for completeness.
How does plausibility checking work?
Key figures of certificates of no objection (employers’ liability insurance associations, social welfare funds (SOKA), and health insurance funds) are automatically extracted and checked for plausibility. In case of significant deviations or non-compliance with minimum wages, the employer is notified.
